I got my iRiver H120 in the mail.

I'm having problems with it.

Chances are pretty good that it's getting sent back to Amazon tomorrow, but I'm waiting to hear back from iRiver support first.

Current Mood: disappointed disappointed
Current Music: Eminem - Kill You

OK, not to rub salt in the wound here but this is another area where the iPod comes out ahead. It couldn't be any simpler to use.

I'm all for simple to use, but I'm not afraid to press extra buttons to get more bells and whistles.

This thing just doesn't work as I expected, and I don't understand why none of the reviews I read mentioned the problems I'm having. I'll probably rant more about the specific problems later.

If I do send it back, I'll be getting a 20gb iPod.

But the battery life is great! ;)

The FM tuner rocks, too.

I guess I just don't see the need for an FM tuner with almost 16 days of music on the iPod available to me. Sure, I like listening to the radio but I can do that in the car or by bringing along a little .05 gram fm tuner.

Bleh, FM radio blows. Get me a pocket-sized Sirius tuner and I'm set for life though. :-D
