The Barenaked Ladies show last night rawked and then some. Those guys are really good for Canadians.

If you ever get a chance to see BNL in your area, don't hesitate. Go do it. It was a lot of fun.

On the way to the show last night Brian and Heather were telling me they started the Atkins diet. Since Sunday Brian has lost 12 lbs. Not too shabby.

Is anyone else out there doing this?
