What's Going On?

Not much. Had a splendid Thanksgiving, thank you. We headed out to the Bay Area to have the Big Meal with Julie's Dad and some peripheral family types. Julie's dad is quite the accomplished chef, but sadly, it does not seem to run in the family.

The rest of the weekend was mostly spent at the computer, either working on web projects, or working on Dark Age of Camelot. I'm happy to report excellent progress on both fronts.

On Saturday night I did escape to David and Lukas' place, and got to hang out with David and Larry, who were in town for the holiday. Niki joined us, and we played poker. It was a good ol' time.

Oh, then there was that crazy storm on Friday night. Probably the worst since I've been in Sacramento. The winds were up over fifty miles an hour. It kept me awake in the early hours of the morning. By the time it passed, the property was littered with a thick coat of fallen leaves and broken branches of all sizes. We lucked out, with no down trees or serious damages, but the news said that power was out all over the city.

Welp, back to work then. Cheers.
