Saturday was my most productive day in a long time. I spent the morning playing Black & White, but after Julie got back we cleaned and organized the office. We untangled all the wires from my parts box and bound each one with wire ties. We totally reorganized the office closet. Then I pulled out my desk from the wall, got behind it and re-ran all the computer wiring and mounted them to the back of the desk using adhesive wire saddles. It all turned out pretty well. My computer wires are almost totally hidden, and the office is neater than it's ever been. We even dusted and vacuumed.
Saturday night we decided to see a movie, but we didn't reach that decision until 9:55 PM. Somehow, we were able to coordinate with Anna for the 10:10 showing of Traffic at the mall. I thought the movie was great. It certainly deserved all the attention it has gotten. Some of the intertwined plotlines we're too complicated for Julie to follow... mainly the Mexican parts, which were sometimes confusing. I'd like to see the movie again. I'll probably get the DVD when it comes out.
After sleeping really late on Sunday, we went over to David's house. We, along with Lucas and Gavin, went out to Ernestos for lunch, then we met up with Niki and hung out at the downtown mall. I managed to not buy anything, since I have that car repair cost looming over me. I think my car is supposed to be ready on Wednesday or Thursday. We'll see about that.
There's stuff going on today at work... but I think I need to eat lunch now.
